Terms and Conditions

1. Custom Work

All furniture produced by Loft and Bunk is made to order. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Design drawings, dimensions, materials, and finishes are approved by the client prior to fabrication. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

2. Lead Times

Lead times provided are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, design complexity, and current workload. While we do our best to meet projected timelines, delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refunds.

3. Delivery & Shipping Limitations

We offer delivery and shipping only to locations that are reasonably and safely accessible using standard commercial freight, courier services, or our own delivery methods.

We do not ship or deliver to locations that require:

• Ferry-only access

• Barge transport

• Charter transport

• Helicopter delivery

• Boat-only access

• Unreliable or seasonal access routes

This includes (but is not limited to) remote islands, off-grid properties, or locations without dependable commercial freight service.

If a delivery location falls outside of standard service areas, we reserve the right to decline delivery and discuss alternative options, ensuring we can find a solution to get you your furniture, which may incur additional costs.

4. Client Responsibility for Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

• Delivery access is clear and safe

• Stairwells, hallways, doorways, elevators, and entry points can accommodate the furniture

• Parking and unloading zones are legally accessible

If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations not disclosed prior to fabrication, additional delivery attempts, storage, or return transport may be billed to the client.

5. Freight & Third-Party Carriers

When third-party freight services are used, Loft and Bunk is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or logistical issues outside of our control.

Any shipping quotes provided are estimates and may change depending on final dimensions, weight, and destination.

6. Installation

Installation services are offered only where travel and access are reasonable and safe for our team. Installation is not guaranteed for remote or difficult-to-access locations.

If on-site conditions differ from what was originally disclosed, we reserve the right to halt installation until a safe and workable solution is agreed upon.

7. Acceptance

By commissioning work with Loft and Bunk, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
