I can't thank Gina enough. Their service was amazing the bed is perfect and they really care for what they do and their customer. One thing I would've done differently is I would've contacted them directly and not using etsy. If you are Canadian, make sure to change your setting to Canadian so etsy doesn't charge you extra on currency exchange. The bed and the service was more than perfect!
